These Terms of Use apply to the Cedar Hollow Goldens website and puppy application process operated by Hannah and Joel Pryor in Asheville, North Carolina. Submitting an application or joining the waitlist is a request to begin a conversation, not a purchase or a promise of placement.
Applications and placement
An application does not guarantee approval, a puppy, a particular litter, collar choice, or go-home date. We review applications and make placements based on the information provided, puppy availability and temperament, and each family’s circumstances. We may decline an application or determine that a litter is not the right match. Puppy preferences are considered, but cannot guarantee a specific puppy.
Any final placement, reservation, and puppy-specific obligations will be confirmed directly with the family in writing.
Price and deposit
The current puppy price is $3,200. After a family has been approved and has agreed to reserve a puppy, a $500 deposit is due and will be credited toward that price. The remaining balance and due date will be confirmed in the written reservation agreement.
If Cedar Hollow cannot provide a suitable match from the agreed litter, the $500 deposit will be refunded in full. If a family changes its plans or declines an available match, any refund or transfer terms will be those provided in the written reservation agreement before the deposit is paid. Please review that agreement carefully before reserving.
Health guarantee
Each puppy comes with a two-year written health guarantee. This page is only a summary; the separate guarantee and purchase agreement explain eligibility, covered conditions, required veterinary care, notice requirements, and any available remedy. Please read those documents before paying a deposit. The written guarantee controls if this summary differs from its terms.
Pickup and travel
Puppies go home by arrangement from Cedar Hollow near Asheville, North Carolina. Families are responsible for arranging and paying for their travel and pickup unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please discuss travel timing with us before making plans; go-home dates can depend on the puppy’s readiness and veterinary care.
Photos and website content
Website text, design, photographs, and other materials are owned by Cedar Hollow Goldens or used with permission and may not be republished or used commercially without written permission. Photos we share with a puppy’s family may be saved and shared for personal, noncommercial use. Please ask before altering or using them in advertising or commercial materials.
Information you submit in an application remains yours; you allow us to use it to review your request and communicate with you as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Website details about puppies, availability, and schedules may change as a litter grows.
